1. Shipping Coverage

Ayu Tools offers domestic shipping services across India. We partner with reputed, registered national courier partners, logistics providers, and India Post to ensure your orders reach you safely.

2. Order Processing Timeline

  • Processing Window: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days following successful payment confirmation or Cash on Delivery (COD) verification.

  • Operating Days: Orders are processed from Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and National or State public holidays.

  • Verification: For COD orders, our support team may contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm the order details before dispatch. Unverified COD orders will be held for a maximum of 48 hours before cancellation.

3. Delivery Timeline

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, the estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Maximum Delivery Timeframe: In compliance with payment gateway regulations, all shipments will be delivered within a maximum window of 10 business days from the dispatch date, except under extreme circumstances specified in Section 7.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Any applicable shipping fees or handling charges are clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete your payment.

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and the delivery pincode.

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the item delivered is verified as damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5. Order Tracking

  • Upon dispatch, a unique tracking number and courier link will be sent to your registered email address and phone number via SMS or WhatsApp within 24 hours.

  • Customers can monitor the real-time movement of their consignment directly through the partner courier's portal using the provided tracking ID.

6. Delivery Address Requirements

  • Customers must provide an accurate, complete, and functional delivery address along with a valid mobile number and landmark.

  • Ayu Tools cannot be held liable for shipment delays, failed delivery attempts, or return-to-origin (RTO) charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address inputs provided by the customer. Any re-shipping costs incurred in such scenarios will be borne by the customer.

7. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to ensure all shipments arrive well within our standard timeline, deliveries may occasionally face delays due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters.

  • Regional transport strikes, blockades, or government restrictions.

  • Peak festive seasons and national public holidays.

In the rare event of an extended delay, our support desk will proactively update you on the revised delivery timeline.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

We insure our shipments against transit damage. However, if your package arrives compromised:

  • Reporting Window: Please report any external transit damage, broken items, or missing components to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Required Evidence: Customers must provide their Order Number along with clear photographs or an unboxing video of the damaged packaging and product to support@ayutools.com.

  • Resolution: Once verified with our logistics partner, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD availability depends on the coverage matrix of our logistics partners. Ayu Tools reserves the right to disable COD options for specific pin codes or high-value orders based on security protocols.
