Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.

The item must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and the original invoice.

The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer.

Products returned without original packaging, tags, or included accessories.

Customized, altered, or special-order products.

Products showing clear signs of use or wear after delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a full refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return request:

Provide your order details and the reason for the return.

Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions and the authorized return address.

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
Refund Policy & Timelines
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval & Processing: Approved refunds are initiated immediately and will be credited to the customer’s account within 5 to 7 business days in accordance with standard banking and payment gateway workflows.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited automatically back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, or UPI) used during the purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For approved COD returns, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI. Customers must provide valid bank account details or a UPI ID matching the billing name.
Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they are dispatched.

After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. You must follow the standard return process after delivery.

Merchant Cancellations: Ayu Tools reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, or unforeseen operational limitations. In these instances, prepaid amounts will be refunded in full within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges applied at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

If a product is determined to be defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped by Ayu Tools, any applicable return shipping costs or original shipping fees will be fully covered or refunded by us.
