Thank you for shopping with Ayu Tools. Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund and Return Policy below.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Products showing signs of use after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order Number

  • Product Images

  • Package Images

  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, return, or refund as applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact our support team at toolsayu@gmail.com.

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  4. Return the product to the address provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, approved refunds may be processed through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • UPI

  • Any other mutually agreed payment method

Customers may be required to provide bank account or UPI details for refund processing.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted. In such cases, customers may use the return process after delivery if eligible.

Ayu Tools reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Operational issues

In such cases, prepaid amounts will be refunded in full.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable.

However, if a product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrectly by Ayu Tools, applicable shipping charges may be refunded or waived.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Return Request Time: 7 Days from Delivery

  • Refund Processing Time: 7 Business Days after approval

Actual refund credit timelines may vary depending on banks, card issuers, UPI providers, or payment gateways.
